CRITERIA:

You must have a City of Kingston address to enter
All gardens must be visible to the public from the sidewalk,street or open space
Only front gardens will be judged in residential category
Check only one (1) category per registration
The name printed on the registration form will be the name printed on the certificate
When nominating someone else, you must have their permission
Must provide complete mailing address with postal code
