ENTER THE KINGSTON BLOOMS FRONT GARDEN COMPETITION

CRITERIA:
  • You must have a City of Kingston address to enter
  • All gardens must be visible to the public from the sidewalk,street or open space
  • Only front gardens will be judged in residential category
  • Check only one (1) category per registration
  • The name printed on the registration form will be the name printed on the certificate
  • When nominating someone else, you must have their permission
  • Must provide complete mailing address with postal code
